Akbar the Great's tomb is in Sikandra, an easy stop on the main Agra to Delhi road. The building housing the tomb is huge and decorated with some great Mughal era inlay work. Akbar was a very cultured and educated ruler who promoted all kinds of creative pursuits and as such, was one of India's great visionaries.
I love the way the eye does a kind of dance when looking at the geometric patterns. This one would work well in any living space to add colour and interest.
